This page is a legal agreement between you (“you,” “User”) and Inner Lumina Quest (“we,” “us,” “our”). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement. 6) Intellectual Property

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact contact@innerluminaquest.com with details (work claimed, location of the material, proof of ownership, your contact info). We may remove content at our discretion.
7) Member Content
By posting or submitting Member Content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant Inner Lumina Quest a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the Services. We may remove Member Content that violates this Agreement.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, pornographic, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy, infringes IP, contains malware, or constitutes spam/unsolicited promotions.
8) Educational Content — No Professional Advice
Content on the Website is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
9) Purchases, Payments & Subscriptions
Where offered, prices will be shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the amounts due, including taxes.
- Digital products are typically delivered immediately via download or email.
- Subscriptions (if applicable) bill on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle; partial periods are not refunded unless required by law.
- Refunds: Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by law, digital products are non-refundable once delivered. For programs/courses, any specific refund window will be stated on the sales page and governs.
10) Affiliates, Sponsorships & Ads
We may include affiliate links or sponsored content. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe are useful, but you should always do your own evaluation.

15) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL INNER LUMINA QUEST OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) €100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Lumina Quest and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Website/Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
17) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination.
18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Paris, France for all disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution for 30 days after written notice of a dispute.

19) Severability; No Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of that term.
20) Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting the revised Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
